IMG_7626We seek students who are curious, self-motivated, have strong interests and talents, and want to be part of an intellectually engaged learning community.  We embrace and seek students with a diversity of backgrounds, learning styles, and interests.

Pacem School will offer admissions based on space available, the candidate’s application, and the recommendations of our faculty.  We offer admissions to those students for whom we can provide an appropriate program.  Pacem School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.

Admissions process

Please get in touch if you are considering applying to Pacem; we’d love to hear from you and answer your questions!  Our admissions application happens through our online form.  Because all of our classes were full this year, we now have a priority application deadline for new students of April 12.  We will consider all applications at that time to ensure that our program is a good fit for all our students, and we will notify families shortly thereafter.  Students who apply after April 12 will be admitted on a rolling basis as space is available.  In general, we give priority to applications in the order that they are received, but we reserve the right to give preference to students who seem like a particularly good fit for our program.  Our complete non-discrimination and enrollment policy is here.

Admissions Requirements

A complete application consists of the following items:

  1. Student visit; please plan on visiting at least one class that you are interested in taking.  Because of high demand, we are combining visits into a few designated days.  If you are unable to visit during those days, we can schedule another time.  If you are currently out of state, we can arrange to meet you over zoom.  Please contact us to find out more!
  2. Complete online application
  3. Mission and Community Guidelines Agreement (in the application form)
  4. School records or homeschool end-of-year assessments (For full-time applicants only)
Registration

Once the admissions decision is made, successful applicants will be sent a link to register online.  A completed registration and deposit are necessary to hold the student’s place in the school.
