We are currently seeking Foreign Language Teachers to start in September 2026.
We are primarily looking for a Spanish teacher to teach beginner and intermediate Spanish to our middle school students. The class meets Tuesday and Friday from 8:30 to 10:05. Depending on student interest, there is the possibility of adding additional time working with our older students (either in a class setting or one on one) as well. The ability to engage students with different levels of language proficiency is a must.
Depending on student interest, we may also be seeking one-on-one tutors in other languages. Contact us, if you might be interested!
Pacem School is an intellectually inspiring, joyful learning community in Montpelier, VT. We are a state‑approved, full‑time independent 6th ‑ 12th grade school, and, in addition, we offer coursework and extra‑curricular support to homeschoolers aged 10 ‑ 18. We are looking for volunteers to serve on our advisory committees. Currently we are looking to fill positions on the our Finance Committee, Fundraising and Development Committee, and our Facilities Committee. More information about these important groups for our school can be found here.
