Pacem is hiring for Fall 2025!
We are hiring for the following positions:
Middle School Science and Math This position is likely to be all day Monday and Wednesday. Responsibilities include teaching both our middles school science classes and at least one middle school math class.
High School Humanities This position is likely to be most/all of the day Monday and Wednesday. Responsibilities include teaching our high school language arts and literature course. For the right person, high school level social studies could also be part of the courses taught.
Spanish We are looking for someone to teach two mixed level Spanish classes on Tuesday and Friday.
Pacem School is an intellectually inspiring, joyful learning community for 10 – 18 year olds. Our students are curious and passionate. We give them time and freedom to pursue their interests while supporting them with an intellectually rich curriculum. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are experts in their subject areas, show strong commitment to our mission, and communicate warmly and effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. All of our classes are multi-age and multi-level, so the ability to engage students at a variety of levels within a classroom is important.
We are looking for volunteers to serve on our advisory committees. Currently we are looking to fill positions on the our Finance Committee, Fundraising and Development Committee, and our Facilities Committee. More information about these important groups for our school can be found here.
